Mattias Wittgren has many years of broad experience in business law with a focus on real estate-related issues. He devotes a large part of his business to contract drafting and ongoing legal advice and has expertise in the field of construction law. Mattias has a broad experience of assisting clients with ongoing advice in ongoing real estate projects. He is ranked in the most prestigious category Hall of Fame by The Legal 500.
Mattias also has a very broad experience of building and civil engineering projects, contract drafting, and negotiations in the area of construction law as well as procurement of such services. Furthermore, he has a great experience in handling complicated issues in major civil engineering projects. It can also be mentioned that in connection with construction and construction projects, Mattias assists clients with issues related to client responsibility and the work environment. He also regularly holds courses in construction and consulting law.
Mattias assists clients on an ongoing basis with the review of tender documents from a legal perspective as well as general advice regarding the Public Procurement Act in collaboration with other partners at the firm. He has also acted as counsel in a number of very large disputes in both general courts and arbitration.
