Soojin Yoon focuses her practice in the area of real estate finance and capital markets.
Prior to joining the firm, Soojin was a commercial finance and lending associate at an east coast full-service law firm in its Atlanta, Georgia office where she focused her practice on real estate finance and lending and represented lending institutions in a variety of mid-market finance transactions including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, franchise lending, real estate financings, and government guaranteed lending. Previously, Soojin was a law clerk and then associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a full-service AmLaw 100 law firm where she represented large corporate clients, particularly Korean Fortune 50 companies, in products liability defense matters, including litigation, investigations, and liaised directly with clients and directors in Korea.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Soojin served as a judicial intern in the Metro Atlanta Business Case Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County and a legal intern at a multinational telecommunications holding company. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Frank J. Vandall where she conducted research for his Emory Law Journal article on mass tort suit strategy.
Soojin was recognized in 2024 and 2025 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" in the area of Real Estate Law by The Best Lawyers in America®.
Soojin is fluent in Korean.
