Whether the result of covid policies, protectionist tariffs, increased fuel prices, labor shortages, currency fluctuations, equipment/material scarcity, or heightened regulatory hurdles, the global supply chain has encountered unprecedented stresses that have led to a variety of disputes, performance problems, and logistical challenges. This panel will explore the present and near-term outlook for supply chain disputes with a particular emphasis on new compliance obligations, meeting the demand the energy transition demand, and managing volatile economic factors such as fuel prices, material costs, and currency fluctuation.
