Barnes & Thornburg Securities Ace Rejoins Kilpatrick in GA

Law360 (February 28) - Kilpatrick has strengthened its mergers and acquisitions and securities team with an attorney in Atlanta who returned to the firm after a couple of years practicing with Barnes & Thornburg LLP.

Isabelle Dinerman previously practiced with Kilpatrick for more than eight years as a senior associate and has returned to the firm as of counsel, her LinkedIn profile shows. Dinerman boasts more than a decade of experience advising clients on a broad array of corporate and securities regulatory matters, a statement from the firm said Tuesday.
