The firm was recognized for its outstanding work via the JDC’s Federal Pro Bono Project (representing low income litigants in federal court), Project Homeless Connect, the Family Law Guardianship Program, the Housing Negotiation Project, and the Community Organization Representation Project (handling a transactional matter for a nonprofit).

In addition to the firm award, the following Kilpatrick Townsend attorneys were selected as Outstanding Volunteers for their pro bono work as being among the top 15% of JDC volunteers: David Annis, Norris Boothe, Ted Brown, Urmil Davé, Justin Eurek, Greg Gilchrist, Ben Kleinman-Green, Jordan Jones, Stephen Mao, Steve Moore, Darius Samerotte, and Steve Surachman.
