He joins from the law firm of Bell, Davis, & Pitt. Mr. Duke has over a decade of experience in matters involving banking and financial services, creditor’s rights, real estate, and construction law. He has represented financial institutions in all aspects of commercial loan transactions and commercial real estate financing. Mr. Duke’s practice also includes creditor and debtor representation with regard to enforcement of security interests, collection action, and enforcement of judgments, receivership proceedings, and asset protection. He counsels clients on the negotiation, documentation, due diligence review and closing of real property transactions, and the negotiation and documentation of commercial leases for landlords and tenants, and representation of curative actions and homeowners associations.
