IP issues are complex. Government contracts and grants are complex. Combine them and it can feel like an unsolvable cipher. This session will walk attendees through the special IP rules in government contracts and grants and cover the rights and obligations the Government can get in company IP and the steps companies can take to protect their IP. It will also cover the differences between IP clauses in government contracts versus grants.
