Brian Ball focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling primarily in the areas of electronics and software.
While attending Texas A&M University School of Law, Brian worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2023. He also worked as a summer associate in 2022 in the Houston, Texas office of a national intellectual property law firm. Brian served as a clinic member and teaching assistant in the Texas A&M Patent Clinic. He was one of the Rocky Mountain Regional Finalists in the 2023 National Patent Application Drafting Competition.
While attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Brian served as a patent agent intern in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of an international law firm. He was a teaching assistant for Thermodynamics I and Thermodynamics II.
