Nick Bharucha focuses his practice on intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on patent prosecution and counseling. Nick draws from practical industry experience to help clients create and manage IP assets that drive strategic value and support their business objectives.
Nick’s practice includes patent preparation and prosecution in the U.S. and internationally, freedom-to-operate analyses, patent landscaping, and strategic counseling. His work spans a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, medical devices, telecommunications, aerospace, consumer electronics, media and entertainment, energy, metals and materials processing, and construction materials.
During law school, Nick was a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023, and served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Previously, Nick was an engineer at a multinational aerospace and defense corporation. Nick is an inventor on 15 patents.
