Kristine Craig focuses her practice on trademark and copyright litigation. She has handled federal district court litigation, opposition proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and domain name disputes through the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP). Kristine represents food and beverage, technology, social media, and life sciences clients in trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristine was a summer associate and then an intellectual property associate in the San Francisco office of a California-based AmLaw 200 full-service law firm where she concentrated her practice on litigation, intellectual property, and pro bono matters.
While attending Notre Dame Law School, Kristine served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John R. Blakey in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Patrick J. Zika in the Alameda County Superior Court. She was Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation, Volume 45.
While attending the University of California, Davis, Kristine was co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Davis Political Review. The publication was established to provide a forum for students to voice their political opinions and it was permanently inducted into the UC Davis University Library as part of its Special Collections Department.
Kristine is recipient of California Lawyers Association’s Wiley W. Manuel Pro Bono Legal Services Award in 2023 and the three years immediately preceding for volunteering her time and expertise on behalf of low-income clients. She is also the recipient of the 2015 “Principles of Community” Award from the UC Davis Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs for promoting the open expression of ideas for students of all cultures and ideologies.
Kristine has basic knowledge of Spanish and is learning French.
