Larry Feller focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and development and general business transactions. He helps design and implement capital raises, advising sponsor groups and real estate developers who develop hotels and restaurants. Larry is also known for representing some of the most prominent chefs in the Chicagoland area.
Larry has worked with entrepreneurs, privately-held companies, family offices, and private investors through the entire life of their businesses and investments, from concept to planning and execution. He provides general counsel advice on transactional, tax planning, and business matters with a focus on developing joint venture agreements. Larry’s clients span a variety of industries from hospitality and real estate sectors to service and manufacturing.
Prior to joining the firm, Larry was a partner at HMB Legal Counsel, a well-established, corporate-focused law firm based in Chicago, Illinois.
