Eric Hampton focuses his practice on commercial real estate and real estate financing. He works with a wide range of clients in the real estate industry including commercial property owners, developers, contractors, and lending institutions. Eric advises his clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing, and contract drafting and negotiation.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an associate in the Real Estate Group at HMB Legal Counsel, a well-established, corporate-focused law firm based in Chicago, Illinois where he focused his practice on commercial real estate matters and also represented a variety of entities in all stages of commercial litigation and construction law cases. Previously, Eric worked as an associate attorney for a boutique real estate law firm where he helped condominium associations, unit owners, and developers with commercial and residential real estate transactional matters and disputes.
