Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Mr. Marrah served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), where he successfully investigated and prosecuted a wide array of federal offenses.

Additional members of the monitor support team include: Executive Deputy Monitor, Jonny Frank, a Partner with StoneTurn, and a U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ)-appointed Independent Compliance and Business Ethics Monitor to a Top 5 global investment bank; Deputy Monitor for Emissions and Environmental, Benjamin Wilson, Chairman of environmental law firm Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. and court-appointed monitor in the Duke Energy coal ash cleanup; and Counsel to the Monitor Michael A.
