Ali Fenno focuses her practice in the areas of investment management, venture capital, securities, corporate, and finance matters, including representation of investment advisers and private funds in regulatory matters, general corporate representation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Investment Management. Ali regularly represents state and federally registered investment advisers in various securities, compliance, corporate, and regulatory matters, including drafting and reviewing regulatory filings, advisory agreements, and other material contracts. Ali also regularly represents investment advisers in mergers and acquisitions.
Private Funds. Ali regularly assists in private fund formation, including private equity and venture capital funds. Ali also represents private funds in negotiations with limited partners and general corporate matters.
General Corporate. Ali regularly represents clients in various corporate transactions, including financing transactions, securities filings, general corporate matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and regulatory matters.
