Nathalie Machado focuses her practice on domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. She regularly advises strategic buyers and French private equity-backed companies in connection with their U.S. business operations and M&A activities. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, Nathalie obtained law degrees in the U.S., France and Brazil, where she practiced as a corporate lawyer for several years before moving to the U.S. Her understanding of multiple legal systems and commercial practices and her keen interest in her clients’ business plan and objectives make her a trusted advisor and practical problem solver.
Nathalie has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including nursery, landscape and hardscape distribution, engineered building solutions, technology, telecommunications, medical devices, cosmetics and consumer products, and chemical, flavor and fragrance manufacturing.
