Nick Nieto’s practice is primarily focused on litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes, construction issues, and real estate law. He has assisted clients in numerous jurisdictions in state court, federal court, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Nick also has experience in government contracting, having successfully challenged the award of several government contracts. His practice also includes a regulatory compliance component, wherein he assists clients in navigating a wide variety of state and federal regulatory issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick gained a vast amount of litigation and courtroom experience as an associate in the Houston, Texas office of a well-established regional law firm.
Nick was recognized as a Texas "Rising Star" in 2024 and the four years immediately preceding by Super Lawyers magazine. He was also recognized in 2025 and the four years immediately preceding as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Construction Law and Construction Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®.
