Olivia Poppens-Schultz helps leading technology and entertainment companies protect and enforce their intellectual property rights worldwide. Her practice focuses on trademark registry enforcement, both domestic and international, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Olivia develops and executes comprehensive brand protection strategies for clients, advising on trademark portfolio management, global enforcement programs, online brand protection, and dispute analyses.
She has guided Fortune 100 clients through complex global rebrands and counsels companies on navigating the intersection of creative expression and brand integrity. Earlier in her career, Olivia also represented clients in high-stakes trademark and copyright litigation, experience that informs her proactive approach to enforcement and dispute resolution.
Before practicing law, Olivia worked in the music industry, where she developed a passion for protecting artistic works and brand value, work she continues at Kilpatrick on behalf of some of the world’s most recognizable companies.
