Farah Cook concentrates her practice on technology and intellectual property (IP) related transactions for a wide range of clients in various sectors. Farah’s expertise includes sourcing transactions, cloud and digital transformations, “as-a service” agreements (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), technology and software licensing, data rights, joint ventures & strategic alliances, manufacturing, and joint development agreements and other IP-related contracts. She routinely assists clients in product counseling and negotiating transactions ranging from more traditional hardware and software technologies to emerging technologies such as: the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Robots, and Digital Payments.
