Joshua Troy presented at the 2024 Professional Development Consortium (PDC) Summer Conference in San Diego. The conference featured distinguished speakers in the legal community, interactive sessions, and unique networking opportunities, all centered around Surfing the Waves of PD: Thriving through Adaptability and Innovation.
Josh's program involved a moderated panel discussion with experienced PD professionals who have each taken on a new job, title, or boss in the past two years. They shared insights on successes achieved, and mistakes made, when in “new” times. In doing so, they hoped to equip attendees with an understanding the basics of reframing and redesigning, how to apply those concepts to their careers, and how to embrace and lean into change in service of individual and organizational growth.
