Please join us for our annual U.S. Supreme Court Update CLE. Kilpatrick Partner Adam Charnes will begin with an overview of the U.S. Supreme Court's 2025-2026 Term. He will then discuss the major cases decided by the Court during this term. Charnes will conclude with a preview of the important cases on the Supreme Court's docket during its upcoming term in October.
