“The tools work better whenever you provide the context of whatever situation it is that you're asking it to do,” said Starling Underwood, e-discovery of counsel at Kilpatrick Townsend. “As a litigator, if I want to pull some information out of the pleadings, I can upload the pleadings, but also I need to provide some context of things that aren't in the pleadings, things that I know, things that my client has told me.”
