WINSTON-SALEM (November 30) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the election of two new members of the Winston-Salem office to its partnership effective January 1, 2018.

Each new Kilpatrick Townsend partner is listed below along with the team in which they practice.

  • Alton Absher III is a member of the firm’s Patent Litigation Team. He focuses his practice in patent litigation, licensing, and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and International Trade Commission. He has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.   • Dustin Greene is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Team. He litigates complex commercial, securities, construction, real estate development, and Native American legal issues, for both plaintiffs and defendants.
