Firm Also Receives Top Regional Recognition and Impact Case of the Year

ATLANTA (April 15)Managing Intellectual Property (Managing IP) recognized Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as the U.S. Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year at Managing IP’s 2019 Americas Awards held in New York City on April 4.

The firm also received regional recognition as the Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year (US-South), Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year (US-South), Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year (US-Northeast). Kilpatrick Townsend was also awarded with Impact Case of the Year for its groundbreaking work on the adidas America v. Skechers USA case. Trademark & Copyright Partner Charlie Henn was also honored with Georgia Intellectual Property Litigator of the Year.
