Insights: News Eighteen Kilpatrick Townsend Attorneys Recognized as 2020 New York Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

NEW YORK (October 1) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that 18 of the firm’s attorneys were recognized as 2020 New York–Metro Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. In addition to this prestigious list, Lisa Pearson was named a Top 50 Women and Top 100 New York–Metro Super Lawyer and Marc Lieberstein was recognized as a Top 100 New York–Metro Super Lawyer.

The distinction honors attorneys who attain a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement as some of the region’s pre-eminent lawyers. Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations, all of which result in a comprehensive and diverse listing of the top five percent of attorneys in each state.

The following attorneys received recognition as 2020 Super Lawyers:

Barry Benjamin – Media/Advertising 
Barry M. Benjamin chairs Kilpatrick Townsend’s Advertising and Marketing group and is the Managing Partner of the firm's New York office. Stephen Feingold – Intellectual Property

Marc Lieberstein – Intellectual Property
Marc Lieberstein is the co-chair of the Franchise Group and Retail & Consumer Goods industry team. Gianfranco Finizio – Bankruptcy: Business
Gianfranco Finizio focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Finizio has experience representing, among other parties in interest, official committees of unsecured creditors, whose members include trade creditors, service providers, bondholders, indenture trustees, unsecured lenders, landlords and class action plaintiffs in all facets of insolvency proceedings.
