Kilpatrick Townsend’s John Livingston Named to “North Carolina Lawyer’s Weekly 2022 Real Estate Attorneys Power List"
North Carolina Lawyer’s Weekly recently named Kilpatrick Townsend’s John Livingston, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Development team, to its “2022 Real Estate Attorneys Power List.” Only 25 attorneys from across the Tar Heel state were chosen. Lawyers selected have “a front-row seat to the state’s real estate scene.” The honor is “based on nominations from the legal community that recognizes leading attorneys in real estate law.”
In the article that accompanied the recognition, John attributes his success to his diligence: “I strive to put as much or more effort and attention to our client’s transactions and issues as I would on my own and am as invested in their success within their organization and industry as I am on my own.”
John is based out of the firm’s Raleigh office. He leads 19 attorneys and paralegals from locations throughout the Southeast, representing clients throughout the world.
While we are pleased to have you contact us by telephone, surface mail, electronic mail, or by facsimile transmission, contacting Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP or any of its attorneys does not create an attorney-client relationship. The formation of an attorney-client relationship requires consideration of multiple factors, including possible conflicts of interest. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the Firm have agreed to proceed with a defined engagement.
