Insights: News Kilpatrick Elects Partners and Elevates Counsel for 2024
ATLANTA (December 29) – Kilpatrick announced today the election of nine members to its partnership and the elevation of 10 attorneys to counsel effective January 1, 2024.
Elected to Partner:
Katie Barton is a Labor & Employment attorney in Atlanta. She counsels management on employment issues, such as employment agreements, restrictive covenant drafting and enforcement, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, severance agreements, wage and hour compliance, performance management, employment policies, and employee handbooks. Katie also advises clients on employment issues in merger and acquisition matters and represents employers in litigation and administrative hearings and also in labor grievance arbitrations.
Eric Charity is a Commercial Finance attorney in Atlanta. His practice is focused on a wide range of credit transactions, representing agents, lenders, financial institutions, private equity groups, public and private companies, and other business organizations.
Wendy Cheng is a China Brands attorney in New York. She advises and manages clients' global trademark portfolios and prepares IP protection strategy for a wide range of businesses.
