ATLANTA (July 12) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has welcomed 12 new attorneys to the firm since March 15, 2023. The firm is pleased to introduce the multi-practice group of attorneys from the Atlanta, Houston, New York, Raleigh, Stockholm, Washington D.C., and Winston-Salem offices.

Steven Huttler is a partner in the New York office. He has extensive experience in corporate, finance, investment fund, securities, and family office matters.
Eric Kracov is counsel in the New York office. He focuses his practice on the legal needs of financial institutions and fintech companies.
Joshua Breen is a senior associate in the Winston-Salem office who focuses his practice on investment management.
Paige Clifton is an associate in the Atlanta office. Her primary focus is on business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
Joseph Gadberry is an associate in the Raleigh office with a focus on complex commercial litigation.
Amy Henriksson is an associate in the Stockholm office with a focus on dispute resolution, primarily within construction and consultant law.
Parker Lewton is an associate in the Atlanta office. He is a litigator who focuses primarily on construction, infrastructure, and government contracting.
Vaibhav Sharma is an associate in the New York office. He counsels clients on intellectual property prosecution strategies, freedom-to-operate, and patent applications.
Anne Vilsoet is an associate in the Washington D.C. office. She focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
Sahil Yadav is an associate in the New York office. He concentrates his practice on domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance and enforcement, copyright, and domain names.
Catherine Zhu is an associate in the Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on corporate mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
