Elizabeth Guidi Deepens Firm’s Transactional Tax Practice
NEW YORK (January 11) – Kilpatrick announced today that Elizabeth Guidi has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner. Ms. Guidi will be a member of Kilpatrick’s nationally recognized Employee Benefits and Tax Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Real Estate Department. She was previously a partner at Dechert LLP.
Ms. Guidi focuses her practice on the U.S. tax aspects of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity fund formation. She has significant experience representing public and private companies in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Ms. Guidi regularly represents clients across a variety of sectors and across a range of jurisdictions.

Ms. Guidi earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, her M.S. in Secondary Education and Social Studies from Queens College, her M.A. in Humanities from New York University, and her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Notre Dame. In 2021 and 2022, Ms. Guidi was recognized by Best Lawyers® as being among the “Ones To Watch” for Tax Law in New York.
