Kilpatrick Attorneys Named 2024 “Rising Stars” by Managing IP
ATLANTA (October 8) – Kilpatrick announced today that Managing IP has named firm attorneys Melissa Capotosto, Forrest Flemming, and Josh Lee as 2024 “Rising Stars.” The distinction recognises some of the best up-and-coming intellectual property practitioners in private practice who have contributed to the success of their firms and clients.
Selection is primarily based on an individual’s contributions and expertise, taking into account their activities in the IP community. “Rising Stars” is a part of the industry-leading ranking of MANAGING IP STARS -- an exclusive annual publication based on a six-month research project, starting from September each year. The research covers a variety of IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions. Rankings are based on a weighted review of information submitted by firms, publicly available information, and market feedback.
Kilpatrick Partner Melissa Capotosto focuses her practice on global trademark portfolio management, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and counselling. Melissa works with clients to strategically develop and expand their brands in the United States and internationally. She has extensive experience with global clearance and filings programs and has managed trademark filings in 175 countries globally.
Kilpatrick Partner Forrest Flemming concentrates his practice on trademark and commercial litigation.
