Darin Gibby is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. With over 30 years of experience, he focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, transactions, and licensing matters as well as patent prosecution.
Wab Kadaba is Chair of Kilpatrick. He concentrates his practice on litigation related to intellectual property as well as strategy and management of intellectual property and technology issues.
