Isabelle Dinerman Returns to the Firm
ATLANTA (February 27) – Kilpatrick announced today that Isabelle Dinerman has re-joined as Counsel on the firm’s internationally recognized Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team in the Atlanta office. Previously, Ms. Dinerman practiced at Kilpatrick for eight years.
Ms. Dinerman provides over a decade of experience in counseling clients on a wide range of corporate and securities regulatory matters, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, corporate governance matters and the preparation of current and periodic reports, proxy statements, beneficial ownership reports and other disclosure documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In particular, Ms. Dinerman advises clients on the ongoing reporting obligations imposed on companies by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, such as annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, current reports on Form 8-K, and proxy statements, as well as the SEC reporting obligations of directors, officers and significant shareholders. She also advises public and private clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and private equity investments.
