Insights: News Law360 Names Nine Kilpatrick Attorneys to 2024 Editorial Advisory Board

Tamara Caldas joins Law360’s 2024 Access to Justice Editorial Advisory Board. Ms. Caldas heads the firm's Pro Bono Program and leads the firm’s attorneys in providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients, community groups and nonprofit organizations.

Mehrnaz Boroumand Smith joins Law360’s 2024 California Editorial Advisory Board. A partner in the San Francisco office, she focuses her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters. She has successfully represented clients, including well known high technology companies, in litigation regarding claims of utility and design patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, as well as breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Justin Krieger joins Law360’s 2024 Colorado Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Krieger serves as the Managing Partner of the firm's Denver office. He is a first chair inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR) litigator with an over 90% win rate in both challenging third party patents and defending against patent challenges brought before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB). He also serves as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he teaches a course on PTAB studies.

Yendelela Neely Holston joins Law360’s 2024 Diversity & Inclusion Editorial Advisory Board. She is a partner in the Atlanta office focusing her practice on labor and employment law and also serves as the firm’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. She litigates and counsels clients in the areas of employment discrimination, occupational safety and health, wage and hour, background checks, and credit reporting.

Steve Berlin joins Law360’s 2024 North Carolina Editorial Advisory Board. Partner in the Firm’s Winston-Salem office, Mr. Berlin has significant experience in several areas of environmental law, including environmental litigation, business transactions involving environmental issues and environmental compliance matters. Since joining the firm, he has worked in most areas of environmental litigation, both in federal and state courts with an emphasis on private environmental costs recovery actions and representations of potentially responsible parties at Superfund sites and RCRA issues.

Christin J. Jones joins Law360’s 2024 Texas Editorial Advisory Board. Ms. Jones is a partner in the Dallas office. She is a corporate litigator with a practice spanning a wide range of areas and industries. She has broad experience handling complex commercial, class action, banking, insurance, labor and employment, and securities disputes. She also has significant experience representing financial institutions in financial products litigation, lender liability claims, work-outs, distressed assets and enforcement, as well as defending against breach of fiduciary duty claims.
