Insights: News Once Again, Chris Bussert and Marc Lieberstein Named 2024 Franchise Times Legal Eagles
ATLANTA (April 2) - Kilpatrick announced today that Chris Bussert and Marc Lieberstein have been named 2024 Franchise Times Legal Eagles, a recognition of accomplished attorneys who have a deep understanding of legal and business issues impacting the franchise industry. This is Chris’ eleventh time being recognized and Marc's seventh time.
As part of the Legal Eagles coverage, Franchise Times reporters interviewed several attorneys who offer insight on many important developments. Kilpatrick’s Jon Neiditz and Marc Lieberstein were featured in an article in this special 2024 Legal Eagles issue in connection with an article they wrote concerning the impact of AI on franchising recently published in the New York Law Journal. The Franchise Times article focuses on how lawyers need to know the full scope of AI and its growing presence in the world of franchising and elsewhere.
