Insights: News Accomplished Litigation Counsel Re-Joins Kilpatrick in Winston-Salem
WINSTON-SALEM (April 19) – Kilpatrick announced today that Brad Roehrenbeck has re-joined as Counsel on the firm’s nationally recognized Complex Commercial Litigation Team in the Winston-Salem office. He is re-joining the firm following his role as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Services and Compliance at a company that specializes in managing employer-sponsored health plans. Previously, Mr. Roehrenbeck worked as an associate at Kilpatrick from 2006-2011.
Mr. Roehrenbeck’s practice focuses significantly on health care disputes and transactions. He provides strategic, regulatory, and transactional counsel to health care entities and employers on a variety of matters, including managed care, health benefits and health insurance, privacy and security, and technology matters.. Mr. Roehrenbeck also represents clients in a wide range of complex business disputes, from shareholder derivative suits, securities cases, and contract disputes to cases involving allegations for corporate mismanagement and fraudulent lending practices.

Mr. Roehrenbeck earned his B.A. in Music from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He serves as the Chair-Elect for the American Heart Association Triad and as Adjunct Professor at his alma mater. Formerly, Mr. Roehrenbeck was Chair of the Corporate Counsel Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Elder Board Chair at Salem Chapel.
