Insights: News 2024 Managing Intellectual Property Once Again Ranks Kilpatrick Tier One for Copyright
ATLANTA (July 31) – Kilpatrick announced today that the prestigious 2024 Managing Intellectual Property (Managing IP) IP STARS annual survey has ranked the firm as Tier One (U.S. National) in the Copyright category. The firm also achieved the highest ranking possible for copyright in California and New York.
In July of this year, the firm was ranked as Tier One (U.S. National) ranking in the Patent Prosecution category—one of only five firms to be selected for this distinction. In April, Managing IP named Kilpatrick “IP Firm of the Year for the Americas” for the second time in three years and “US Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year” for the third consecutive year during an event in New York. Earlier this year, the firm was also once again ranked as Tier One (U.S. National) in both the Trademark Disputes and Trademark Prosecution categories.
Managing IP published its first legal directory in 1994 and rebranded it in 2013 as IP STARS. The research for the IP STARS guide has expanded over the years, covering over six IP practice areas and more than 70 jurisdictions. The guide has become the leading specialist ranking publication for the IP profession.
