Kilpatrick Adds Leading Technology Litigator
Partner Eric Larson Joins Firm in Atlanta
ATLANTA (September 3, 2025) – Kilpatrick announced today the addition of Eric Larson, partner, to its Complex Commercial Litigation Team. Mr. Larson will work in the Firm’s Atlanta office. Until recently, he practiced at Morris Manning & Martin. He joined Kilpatrick on August 25.
“We welcome Eric to Kilpatrick,” said Stephen Hudson, Chair of Kilpatrick’s Litigation Department. “His practice aligns with the Firm’s strategic growth targeting technology clients in the middle market private equity and portfolio client sector. Eric is well known in the Atlanta market. He is a leader - not only in the community but also in the pro bono arena which has long been a hallmark of Kilpatrick.”
Mr. Larson’s practice includes representing clients from a variety of industries in technology litigation and high-stakes commercial litigation with a focus on private equity and middle market M&A post-closing disputes. He brings additional broad litigation experience in products liability, real estate, land use and zoning, construction, internal investigations and insurance coverage. Before entering private practice, Mr. Larson served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Tu M. Pham in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
“I was attracted to Kilpatrick due to the Firm’s excellent litigation reputation and bench strength in Atlanta and in its other offices,” said Eric Larson. “Also, Kilpatrick, with its Corporate and Intellectual Property practices and deep Atlanta roots, is an outstanding platform to expand a client base and grow work for existing clients. I look forward to meeting my new colleagues in Atlanta and across the Firm."
Mr. Larson earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Illinois.
