HOUSTON (February 4) – Kilpatrick announced today the addition of Barclay Nicholson, Partner, to the Firm’s internationally recognized Construction & Infrastructure Team. He recently joined the Houston office from Sheppard Mullin.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Nicholson offers clients thorough knowledge in energy-related, construction, and commercial disputes. He has represented a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to the largest construction companies, owners, and general contractors in the U.S. Mr. Nicholson brings significant experience handling energy-related litigation. He has represented some of the world's major oil and gas producing and refining companies in addition to the nation's biggest drilling and E&P companies. Mr. Nicholson is widely known for his expertise related to unconventional development and hydraulic fracturing. He has been a frequent author and gives speeches world-wide on all aspects of unconventional oil and gas transactions. Mr. Nicholson also brings expertise in the alternative energy arena.
