His practice spans a range of creative and design industries, including textiles, fashion, media, and publishing, and he also supports clients in the hospitality, tech, and healthcare fields. He has devoted substantial time in recent years advising both developers and users of generative AI tools on safe and responsible approaches to harnessing this new technology.
Mr. Trigg is a nationally recognized intellectual property practitioner and frequent speaker and writer on copyright and trademark law. He is a member of the Copyright Society of the United States (for which he previously co-chaired the New York Chapter) and is a member of the International Trademark Association.
