ATLANTA (April 30) – Kilpatrick announced today that partners Charles Gray, Renae Wainwright, and Roger Wylie were once again recognized on the annual 2026 IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders.

Charles Gray serves as Managing Partner for the Firm's Shanghai office. Mr. Gray focuses his practice on patent counseling and prosecution of both U.S. and international patent applications. In addition, he has significant experience in providing patent invalidity and infringement analysis and drafting written opinions. He advises his clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including licensing negotiations.
Renae Wainwright is a partner in the Firm’s Atlanta office. She specializes in working with clients to develop and implement strategies for protecting, maintaining, licensing and enforcing patent rights around the world. Ms. Wainwright counsels clients on mitigating risk associated with third party IP rights while helping clients build their own meaningful, global patent portfolios that align with business goals.
Roger Wylie is Kilpatrick's Managing Partner. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling, and advises start-up and established corporations, venture investors and other intellectual property stakeholders with regard to all aspects of patent prosecution and acquisition, counseling, licensing and litigation.
