Insights: Webinars ESG Elements & Considerations

Thursday, January 27, 2022

Many companies and organizations are committed to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts as part of their own corporate directives, and in many instances, for their shareholders. This CLE is designed to help you understand and navigate the myriad of ESG legal considerations. It can be a challenge to know what risks to consider in order to set ESG strategy. Shareholders, suppliers, customers, communities, employees, governments, and non-governmental organizations must all be considered. We will cover potential legal risks and considerations, including greenwashing, board diversity, voluntary and mandatory disclosures and ethical sourcing.
