Natalie Baber focuses her practice on trademark and copyright litigation and enforcement. Natalie specializes in litigating complex trademark and copyright disputes in federal courts, and she has experience representing leading sporting goods, apparel, social media, and food and beverage companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Natalie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ed Carnes in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the Honorable Timothy C. Batten, Sr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
While in law school, Natalie worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2019 and interned for Judge Batten in 2018. She was also the Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Emory Law Journal, an extern in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, a research assistant for Professor John Witte, Jr., and a student attorney in the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic.
