Overview

Sarah Beth advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate issues including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and other complex commercial transactions. Sarah Beth has in-depth experience representing companies in the health care industry. She guides clients through the complex health care regulatory environment and advises on general corporate and governance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah Beth was an associate in the Raleigh, North Carolina office of an international law firm in its M&A and Corporation Transactions practice group.

While attending law school, Sarah Beth was a legal extern at SAS Institute, Inc. in its Compliance Group and an extern for the Honorable Stephani W. Humrickhouse in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. During law school, Sarah Beth also served as Comments Editor of the Campbell Law Review and as member of the Campbell Law Moot Court team.

Sarah Beth was recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" in 2021 for Mergers and Acquisitions Law and again in 2025 and the three years immediately preceding for Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law by The Best Lawyers in America®. She was named a “Legal Elite” in 2024 by Business North Carolina magazine for Corporate Law. Sarah Beth was recognized as a North Carolina "Rising Star" in 2024 and 2025 for Mergers and Acquistions by Super Lawyers magazine.
