Josh Blackman focuses his practice on business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Josh worked as a summer associate with the firm in 2024. He was a judicial intern to the Honorable William “Bill” Hamrick, III in the Georgia State-wide Business Court in Atlanta, Georgia. While serving as a staff member for the Emory Law Journal, Josh received the Burton Distinguished Legal Writing Award and the Mary Laura "Chee" Davis Award for Writing Excellence.
While attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Josh was a member of the Levine Scholars Program, served as an intern at a non-profit healthcare foundation, and participated in volunteer and philanthropy efforts.
