Liz Briand focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Liz was an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of an international law firm in its Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Litigation practice where she represented sophisticated financial institutions in complex litigation. Previously, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Adam M. Conrad in the North Carolina Business Court.
While attending Wake Forest University School of Law, Liz served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Louis A. Bledsoe, III and the Honorable Adam M. Conrad in the North Carolina Business Court. Liz also served as Managing Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
