Vincent Cahill focuses his practice on investment management.
Prior to joining the firm, Vincent was an associate in the New York City office of an international law firm where he concentrated his practice on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust litigation while maintaining an active pro bono practice.
While attending law school, Vincent served as a legal extern in the University of Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel and a law clerk in the Cyber Unit of the Division of Enforcement in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also served as the Co-Director for his law school’s Civil Rights Law Project. Vincent was a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and a Littleton Legal Writing Instructor.
