Daniel Chozick focuses his practice on complex antitrust and competition law.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was an attorney in the Bureau of Competition at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. where he served in its Anticompetitive Practices I Division and focused on investigating and litigating cases related to corporate anticompetitive conduct. Previously, Daniel was an antitrust associate in the Washington, D.C. and New York City offices of a global law firm where he concentrated his practice on competition matters, complex litigation, government investigations, corporate transactions, and intellectual property. Daniel has handled complex litigation matters across numerous industries, including health and life sciences and media and entertainment, and has defended clients in federal and administrative courts.
