Celina Cotton focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters.
While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Celina worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024. She served as a legal intern on secondment at a multinational telecommunications holding company.
Prior to attending law school, Celina was a Legal Assistant in the Antitrust and Global Regulatory Department of an international law firm in its Washington, D.C. office where she provided administrative support for multiple partners.
While attending Georgia State University, Celina was a legal assistant in the Business and Legal Affairs Department of a premium television network and service company where she organized digital files of its contracts, amendments, agreements, and correspondence. She served as a legislative intern for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation where she attended professional development seminars led by its members and also notated and analyzed committee hearings. As a participant in the Georgia Legislative Internship Program, Celina served as a legislative aid to Representative Sharon Cooper, Chairwoman of the Health and Human Services Committee in the Georgia House of Representatives. She served as an administrative intern at World Affairs Council of Atlanta where she aided in the creation and facilitation of international awareness events.
Celina also held various part-time positions throughout college, working at least 20 hours per week.
