Ki-Jana Crawford focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, finance, and capital markets.
Prior to joining the firm, Ki-Jana worked as an associate in the New York City office of an AmLaw 200 full-service law firm where his broad-based real estate and real estate finance practice included loan origination and restructuring, commercial mortgage securitization, commercial leasing, and dispositions and acquisitions.
While attending law school, Ki-Jana served as a regulatory intern at the Chicago Board Options Exchange Global Markets in Chicago, Illinois. He was also served as a legal extern in the Silicon Valley, California office of a global law firm and a legal intern in the New York City office of an international law firm. Ki-Jana was a research assistant for Professor Nina A. Kohn and a member of the Syracuse Law Review.
