Thomas Haberkorn focuses his practice on business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.

Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was a law clerk and then an associate at a well-established litigation law firm in its Chicago, Illinois office where he concentrated his practice on general corporate law, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, corporate governance, transactional matters, and other corporate matters.

While attending the University of Wisconsin Law School, Thomas served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas E. Hoffman in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District and as a law clerk at a litigation firm. He also gained experience working as a student associate attorney in the University of Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic and was a member of the Business and Tax Law Society.

While attending Miami University, Thomas taught MAC 143: Introduction to Media as an undergraduate teaching assistant and served a business development internship at a financial institution in Chicago, Illinois where he developed meaningful knowledge of the commercial finance industry. Thomas also studied international and intercultural communication abroad at the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, Italy.

Thomas has basic knowledge of Spanish.
