Justin Hsuan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as a senior law clerk for the Honorable Timothy M. Reif in the U.S. Court of International Trade where he worked on international trade matters and other matters in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Previously, he was a summer associate and then a litigation associate in the New York City office of an international law firm where he focused his practice on general commercial litigation including antitrust, technology, defamation, and other legal matters.
While attending law school, Justin served as a judicial intern as part of the NYCLA Baer Minority Judicial Internship Program for the Honorable Stewart D. Aaron in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York where he observed and assisted in courtroom proceedings.
While attending Stanford University, Justin studied political science and government abroad at Peking University in Beijing, China.
Justin has basic knowledge of Simplified Chinese.
